time is and may be for an indefinite period ao fully

impossible for you to find time yet awhile to receivo a
deputation from us, although we hope that it may still be
possible in due course. ause of our vessels are however

Jhils we realize that it may be impossible to maintain a
large enough military or naval force in the Far East until

and are entitled to protection from British forees, and
experience conclusively proves that military guarda ore

of bot shipowners and ship masters, who have had experience
